Septemeber 10, 2014

When I get in bed at night, I feel like one of those horses that lays on the ground,
stretching and rubbing their back against the sand or grass and stretching their legs.  I love feeling my sheets against my skin.

Work was interesting today. I was told I needed to leave one kid alone which lightens up my workload but makes me a little sad for him because I wonder why.  Family dynamics are very interesting and too often extremely damaging to the kids (I’m with ya, Traci). Time to trust the process.

Home quickly to let the dogs in, pack my school stuff,  make a salad for dinner,  and take off again (after I let the dogs  back out).  Dropped by Lindsey's to offer my arm for practice & had my blood pressure taken.   I'm a little sad because it's pretty high this time it's 106/72 instead of in the upper 90s over 68.  I'd better watch it.

I made myself a cup of coffee and, finally, remembered to add a bit of Ireland's Kerrygold butter.  OMG, it's so delicious....  Screw sweets, I'll be gaining weight on that (while not sleeping.  Fantastic).   Off to school for my first practicum meeting.  Apparently The Doctor cannot help me find resources for Europe in finding out about licensure before moving there, so I guess I need to find that out on my own(if Malaysia doesn’t work out).  I did find out about a meager stipend that I could hopefully win,  then I could focus on full-time practicum rather than also having to worry about working.  THIS, of course, is plan B if my "locate-date-fall-in-love-with-and-marry-a-millionaire" plan doesn’t work out.  <always have a back up plan>

Loved practicum…for one thing it is much shorter than traditional class.  A quick run to Winco, where I filled my cart full of so many nutritional things I look like a health freak.  Got home after a long day and I noticed quickly that the reason my bra felt tight is because it was on the middle clasp (where I used to wear it before adjusting for excess).  I also had bra straps sliding off my shoulder much of the day.  This can only mean one thing:  the girls are packing up and moving out!  At least, partially.  Ok, more like the creepy uncle that you don't want around.... He's moving out.  What’s he doing, hanging around my boobs, anyway???

Pictures:  Proof that America's educational system is terrible, though at least they spelled "ass" correctly; My man salad - so tough, it breaks cheap plastic ware made in China;  Little Inuit Dude!!  So glad to have you back in action!!
